Unify Samburu conservancies to advocate effectively for their interests, while building the capacity of member organizations for transparent governance, sound financial management, and sustainable natural resource stewardship.

Advance sustainable land-use, habitat restoration, and climate-resilient practices that protect wildlife, rangelands, and ecological integrity across Samburu County.
3. Enhance Community Livelihoods and Economic Opportunities
Support initiatives that generate income and employment for communities, including nature-based enterprises, tourism, and conservation-linked economic activities.
4. Foster Peace and Social Cohesion
Facilitate conflict resolution, inter-community collaboration, and local peacebuilding mechanisms to ensure safer, stable, and harmonious communities.
5. Strengthen Partnerships and Institutional Sustainability
Position SCA as a trusted platform for collaboration with government, NGOs, donors, and the private sector, while ensuring the association’s operational, financial, and institutional sustainability.
